Refund & Replacement Policy

At BoldPause, we maintain strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist with a replacement under the conditions below.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacements are only provided for damaged items.

To be eligible:

  • A clear uncut unboxing video must be shared

  • The video must be recorded from package opening to product inspection

  • The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

What Is Not Eligible

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect expectations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper usage

  • Minor color or design variations

Replacement Process

  2. Share your order number and unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request

  4. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped

No refunds are issued. Only replacement for verified damaged products.

BoldPause reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
